Delivery coverage

Checkout shows the destinations and products that can be shipped. We usually prepare an order within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, travel time is estimated at 2–4 business days; it is not a guaranteed arrival window. Carrier capacity, weather, customs, holidays, or regional limits may affect service.

The checkout result controls free-shipping eligibility and the final delivery cost. A complete and correct address, recipient name, email, and phone number are required. We provide tracking when it becomes available. If tracking is delayed, a parcel is lost or damaged, or delivery is shown without receipt, send the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and issue details.

Shipping restrictions can apply to particular items or regions. Photos of the package and contents may be required for damage claims or carrier research.
