Return and exchange conditions

Both defective and non-defective merchandise may be returned, and exchanges are available. The request period is 30 days from delivery. A change of mind, preference, or mistaken selection is an accepted non-defective reason. Damage, a defect, a wrong item, missing contents, or a material difference from the description is also covered.

Eligible merchandise must be new and unused, remain in original condition, and retain its packaging, tags, and accessories. Returns are sent by mail. The package includes a free prepaid return label. We do not charge a restocking fee, and nothing should be mailed without prior approval.

Provide the order number, checkout email, and reason for the request. Photos or video of the item and packaging are required for damage, defects, missing pieces, or shipping errors. Replacement availability depends on stock. Following approval, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 days, although posting by the provider can take longer.
