What products are available?

The catalog covers bwp box, corporate box, gift box, packing material, subscription box. Product pages show current options, contents, ingredients, warnings, specifications, availability, and prices.

How do shipping charges and timing work?

Checkout decides whether shipping is free. Normal preparation is 1–2 business days, and the 2–4 business-day transit estimate is not guaranteed.

May I return or exchange an unused item after changing my mind?

Yes. Ask within 30 days of delivery for a mail return or exchange. A non-defective item must be new, unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging, tags, and accessories. The prepaid label is included and free, with no restocking fee.

How are damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries handled?

Send the order number, checkout email, explanation, and images or video of the goods and packaging. Wait for authorization before mailing anything.

How quickly are refunds handled?

An approved refund is processed within 10 days to the original payment method.
